In this welcoming environment, you'll choose your intensity level and follow easy-to-master steps that elevate your heart rate and get your body dancing. Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled at least 3hr prior to classes starting. Otherwise you will incur a $5 cancellation fee. If you're a no-show we expect your class to be paid for.
